A comment on the note re: PHP on Apache2:
The gist of the reasoning is "we don't -know- that either the web server, client
libraries, or system libraries are truly thread safe so they should be avoided". The statement
and the reasoning behind it are based on FUD, and possibly a little outright bias againt Apache2.
PHP works fine with Apache 2, and your server will only be as reliable as your Apache installation
and 3rd party libraries. I see nothing wrong with simply pointing out that the user is always
responsible for testing their own servers prior to going into a production environment.
