To actually get the MySql extension to work on Windows with php5 you have to have the libmysql.dll
file copied in the windows/system32 folder, not in the C:\php folder, as the docs mention (even if
c:\php is on the path).
Weirdly, php complains that it cannot find the php_mysql.dll file, when in fact it cannot find
libmysql.dll.
