Beware of the following GMT functions as they can be quite tricky to grasp at first:
string gmdate(string format, integer timestamp)
Converts a LOCAL timestamp into a formatted GMT string.
integer gmmktime(integer hour, integer minute, integer second, integer month, integer day, integer
year)
Converts GMT date/time parameters into a GMT timestamp.
string gmstrftime(string format, integer timestamp)
Converts a GMT timestamp into a formatted LOCAL time string.
