note 47994 added to migration5.oop

Dear great people at PHP development team, Hello! :)...First of all I would like to congratulate you all for doing such a great effort. I am new to PHP coming from MS based products and found PHP to be very excitting and easy to use but I would request some changes in the way the help is organised. I found PHP manual very informative but major problem I feel or face is that PHP manual is not directly accessible easily on click and topic basis like MSDN.
