with a script I previously had running on a unix server I was using \n\r all through the script.
On using the same script on a windows server, the mail was getting through, but the message part was
only giving me the first line of the message.
changing the end of line markers within ONLY the message parameter solved my problem. Hence, just
using \n in the message parameter, but \n\r everywhere else worked for me in this instance.
