It hasn't been posted here, so I thought I'd post it: You CANNOT redirect a page with
header() to a specified target frame! I reccommend using:
<body onload="parent.location='url'">
Something like this:
<body bgcolor="#CCCCCC"<?php
if(strlen($strRefreshUrl) != 0)
echo(' onload="javascript: parent.location=\'' .
$strRefreshUrl . '\'"');
?>>
