Example usage:
$color = ncurses_init_pair( 1, NCURSES_COLOR_RED, NCURSES_COLOR_BLACK );
$color will be null if call failed, for example, when an invalid color constant is passed.
To check to see if color pair was successfully initialized:
$color = ncurses_init_pair( 1, NCURSES_COLOR_RED, NCURSES_COLOR_BLACK );
if( $color != null ) {
print( 'Colors initialized...' );
}
