I have problems with using strpos in one command line, eg.
if (strpos($str, $start) !== false && strpos($str_lower, $end) !== false) { ... }
The second strpos() returns false!
You have to use it like this:
$s = strpos($str, $start);
$e = strpos($str, $end);
if ($s !== false && $e !== false) { ... }
