Note Submitter: jerry at lacknergroup dot com ---- Some nice folks on the Apache users list helped me figure out that, under PHP 4.3.10, contrary to what the directions above state, php4ts.dll must be located in the php\sapi folder, and NOT in the php folder. I was unable to start my Apache 1.3.31 or 1.3.33 service on a Windows XP server until i replaced the old (4.3.8) version of php\sapi\php4ts.dll with the new (4.3.10) version. The installer, by default, extracts it to php\php4ts.dll for some reason, but it doesn't seem to work there.
