If i pretend to know the week number for the first day of the year using
date('W',mktime(0,0,0,1,1,2005)) PHP will return 53.
This is a problem because that week of 2004 is sametime the last week of 2004 but also the first
week of 2005.
I think this is an error because this way PHP don't know the Week nº 1 of 2005.
