To have both the associative and the numeric interface
(to the array of fetched data)
connected to a single data-set, try this:
$row = pg_fetch_array($rslt,$rownr, PGSQL_ASSOC);
foreach($row as $k => $v) $row[] = &$row[$k]; // (mind the ampersand)
