Do you know if there is any permission issues using move_uploaded_file()?
In a project I am developing I've realized that using move_upload_file() set the permissions on
the Web server to 700, and so web users couldn't see the images the web administrator uploaded.
I used copy() instead and it set the permissions to 744
Is this the supposed behaviour? any idea?
