I had some problems getting the php_mssql.dll file working (and the php_mysql.dll, but found the
solution quickly on google) with 5.0.3, using IIS 5.
It kept alerting me about: ".. Unable to load dynamic ..", even though everything was
setup correctly.
I tried running php-cgi.exe just by clicking it (in my frustration), and here it also complained
about another file, the: "ntwdblib.dll"
By moving this file to my "windir\system32" (from the 5.0.3 package), it didn't
complain again. Just a tip to others who've maybe had the same problem.
