Be sure to check if you haven't got

somewhere in your script if you use header("Location: urlhere") because that way it will
output a newline after your header and therefore the header will not be sent! You have to be sure
that no character, not even a space or newline, is sent after the header. I know this is noted
before but be sure to check on this one, it can be a pretty hard to find issue.
