Is there just a way to actually create a file on the ftp server instead of creating a file locally, then putting it on the server. For instance, I've got a script that pulls some data from a MySQL db here. I then just want to be able to ftp the formatted data to a server instead of first writing it to a temp file and then uploading that temp file. Any ideas? ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.ftp.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+49198 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49198&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49198&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49198&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49198&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49198&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+49198&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
