If you want to use these librairies under a chroot environnement (let's say /home/www/), you
need to
add this to your httpd.conf
LoadFile /usr/lib/libaspell.so
then
tar cvf - /usr/lib/aspell/ | tar xvf - -C /home/www/
tar cvf - /usr/share/aspell/ | tar xvf - -C /home/www/
