In reply to jn at it dot swin dot edu dot au: According to the HTML 4.01 documentation: 'enctype = content-type [CI] This attribute specifies the content type used to submit the form to the server (when the value of method is "post"). The default value for this attribute is "application/x-www-form-urlencoded". The value "multipart/form-data" should be used in combination with the INPUT element, type="file".' In other words, if file uploading isn't allowed, multipart/form-data isn't going to be either. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/security.globals.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+49349 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49349&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49349&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49349&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49349&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+49349&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+49349&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
