anyone know why in the case of a:
require_once("constants.php");
Header( "Location: https://" . WWW_BASE.
"/Wiki/bin/view/Planetlab/PlanetlabServices" );
require() would fail to pass the value of teh WWW_BASE when require_once() works just fine?
