I've noticed that ob_gzhandler appears to return the length of the buffer (in hex) and that
this gets pre-pended to the output. Is there any way to trap this value (perhaps to use it in
Content-length)?
My code is basically:
ob_start('ob_gzhandler')
...print various things to the buffer
while (@ob_end_flush())
I get back a stream of data which starts with the size of the compressed file in hex, then a
newline, then the compressed data, then another newline, then '0'.
