I was wondering why I don't get any email using mail().
Then I discovered that my server does not allow local email but smtp.
If your have to use smtp method only, you may use PHPMailer class instead of mail()
This class file is available at:
http://phpmailer.sourceforge.net/
Very easy to use and to customize!
