note 50026 added to features.file-upload

I am using Yahoo as my host and creating my site with their Sitebuilder. I am trying to allow visitors to my site to upload a file to me. when you hit upload, it shows the following text in a new page. The following form submission was sent. name: Joe email: test@test.com phone: 212-555-1212 comments: Please find the attached file for you review. MAX_FILE_SIZE: 9000000 userfile: dog.jpg then i will recieve an email that shows this text: name = Joe email = test@test.com phone = 212-555-1212 comments = Please find the attached file for you review. MAX_FILE_SIZE = 9000000 userfile = dog.jpg the problem is that the file is not attached to the email. How do i make the file come with the email?
