When trying to set file permissions on cmd.exe to enable the web server to access it when using
exec, some people may find it difficult to do as their drives are formatted in FAT32.
It is necessary to change your drive format to NTFS, which it turns out can be done without harming
data already on the drive via this command from the command prompt:
convert c: /fs:ntfs
where c is the drive with windows xp on it. It takes about 20 mins for a 60 gig drive.
