Note Submitter: binam ---- after installed php 5.03 -- I found that the extension_dir => C:\php5 => C:\php5 always appeared if you do phpinfo() or php.exe -i Regardless of what changed in php.ini And this is what it showed for loading ini file using php.exe -i Configuration File (php.ini) Path => C:\php\php.ini And using phpinfo(): Configuration File (php.ini) Path G:\WINDOWS\php.ini both files are identical and contains: extension_dir="c:/php/ext/" (*) my questions: 1) why PHP load ini file in different places ? 2) if i removed the one from window directory -- it only show G:\WINDOWS that seems it does not found the ini file -- the PHPRC set to c:\php\php.ini; thanks in advance for any help!
