php at richardneill dot org's confusion about when to use & and when to use & can be resolved by remembering the difference between HTML and http. Headers (where you use &) are part of http responses (which might or might not include HTML content), while links inside HTML pages (where you use &) are part of HTML (which might or might not be contained in an http response). Keep the difference in mind and it won't be mistaken for perversity! ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.header.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+50460 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+50460&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+50460&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+50460&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+50460&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+50460&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+50460&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
