I am trying to unpack some data which includes some int64 values. I know that they are little
endian byte encoded. I have found that I can extract a pair of 32 bit integers, and if the number
is small enough I get the value into the first int32 and the second value is 0. If the number is
large enough that I get values into each int32, how do I convert them into a useable 64 bit integer?
