hi everybody,
I have a problem to send variable store in $_SESSION to another script on the same server (folder
)..
example :
<?php
session_start();
session_register('name');
$_SESSION['name'] = "peter";
echo $_SESSION['name'];
echo "<br><a href = \"t.php\">link</a><br>";
?>
this script store string "peter" to $_SESSION['name'] and print it. It's
working ... But when I click the link, there is nothing writen on page t.php ..
t.php source code :
<?php
session_start();
echo $_SESSION['name'];
?>
It doesn't work only if cookies are disabled in my browser (IE 6.0 ) ... if I allow cookies,
it's working normaly ...
I read in manual, that variables in $_SESSION array are stored on the server ... but it seems not
...
Could anybody help pls ? ... How it solve, if cookies are disable ... thanx a lot, JuroH
