note 50807 added to faq.installation

Ok, installed php5 with IIS 6 running on SBS 2003. If I ad a test.php to my inetpub\wwwroot I can open it just fine. If I ad that same file to the web site I made which is mapped to C:\bpe\docs, it doesn't work.
