note 50818 added to ref.ifx

I just downloaded Informix 9.2 for Linux (SuSE) and the CSDK, with the hope of making it work with PHP. The reference for ifx.ec does not exist in the CSDK and there are no PHP .h files in the file at all. Has anybody had this problem and can offer a solution?
