Note Submitter: Kerry Kobashi ---- Simply referencing php4apache2.dll in the SAPI directory won't work as mentioned in the comment prior to this. This is because php4apache2.dll makes a reference into php4ts.dll and they need to be in the same directory or on the system path (verify the dependency with Visual Studio's Dependency walker). You will run into this kind of dependency among DLLs and the order will important. You may also get circular dependencies as well. The simplest solution is to place all DLLs in /php, /php/Dlls, /php/extensions into the WINDOWS/System32 directory.
