Hopefully this will save someone a lot of time as I spent way too much trying to make this work
under this environment:
Windows XP, Apache 2.0.53, Php 4.3.10
There's a flaw in the Windows implementation of PHP.INI's extension_dir as it fails to
load extensions.
The way around this is to copy all the files in the php/Dll and php/extensions folder into
WINDOWS\System32 folder, then uncomment out the modules you want to use.
Not pretty, but it works.
