note 50995 added to function.pdf-add-annotation

I want to use pdflib. i have download pdflib 6.0. I use php 5.0.3 manual install. I have copy libpdf_php.dll to extension directory.I running php as a cgi binnary and run apache as a service.in the manual php I have to compile php --with-pdf[=dir] if I want pdflib work. 1.
