I have a form where I want people to be able to upload a file or post a URL, and then the php deals
with it accordingly, but for some reason php only gives whatever is to the right of the last
'/'. For instance, if someone were to paste 'http://www.google.com/gmail' into the file box and
submit it, the $_FILES['userfile']['name'] only contains 'gmail'. Is
there some way to turn this off? I realize it's probably for security reasons, but still there
should be a way to turn it off for people that know what they're doing.
