I tried to install PHP quick and dirty on a Windows Server 2003 system using the installer. I chose
"d:\php" as the application directory, and the installer got confused about where to place
the php.ini file, copying it to "d:\username\windows". I had to locate it there, move it
to the application directory and set the PHPRC environment variable (to "d:\php" in my
case) before PHP was running.
