note 51145 deleted from function.fopen by nlopess

Note Submitter: kangaroo232002 at yahoo dot co dot uk ---- had severe problems with fopen and XML - when trying to get the output of my kmeans clustering algorithm into an XML format and then copy this to another file, whether the extension was .xml or .txt it just refused to copy the file - even though it said that it had. very frustrating. im afraid i could find no work around for this problem :(
