note 51180 added to install.windows

Just for those of you having a bit of difficulty getting php5 configured to function with mySQL (and running Apache 2 on WinXp SP2) should you get an error message such as the following: "Error loading php, could not find php_mysql.dll" if you have php.ini pointing to C:\php you'll have to copy php_mysql.dll from c:\php\ext\ to c:\php\ in order for php to find the extension. So simple, yet I agonized trying to figure it out for a couple of days.
