note 51316 added to install.problems

PLEASE HELP!.. i installed apache and it works fine, when im compiling one file.. but when i have like 2 php files, and i want to pass variables.. like ex: enter ur name: <input type="text" name="fname"> <input type="submit"> **now when i press submit it takes me to the form action page, but with blank..
