note 51335 added to install.windows.manual

ahaaa, whole of my easter break is ruined just b'coz of this PHP and apache installation and configurartion...i tried apache2 on windows 2000 professional.. but the this server isn't running....and then i tried it in windows XP it worked and i got the the test web page webpage showing If you can see this, it means that the installation of the Apache web server software on this system was successful.
