note 51357 rejected from features.file-upload by betz

Note Submitter: daniel dot kaliel at jjbedmonton dot com ---- I am using apache on a Windows 2000 machine. Although the upload works with apache on out Fedora Core 2 box, it has never worked on the 2000 machine. Everyone has complete control of the directory c:\php\uploadtemp and the tmp file it says that is supposed to exist is eg: c:\php\uploadtemp\php162.tmp however if you check the directory, the file does not exist. There is no move_uploaded_files to remove the tmp file wither.
