Note Submitter: art at zollerwagner dot com ---- With html forms, it appears that there is a difference in the way textareas and text input fields respond to the redisplay of user data. I find that I need to use htmlentities before redisplaying user input in text fields, but not for textareas. This may reflect the differences in the way these form objects are structured: text input fields feed the data to the value="xxxx" attribute; text areas place it between two sets of textarea tags.
