On Windows xampp 1.3 with php 4.3.4 is use this functions
to force a flush.
<?php
function dummyErrorHandler ($errno, $errstr, $errfile, $errline) {
}
function forceFlush() {
ob_start();
ob_end_clean();
flush();
set_error_handler("dummyErrorHandler");
ob_end_flush();
restore_error_handler();
}
?>
ob_end_flush generates a warning, which is supressed, using the dummy-errorhander. You could also
use @, but then nusphere will also print the warning.
