note 51915 added to ref.mysql

I spent the last age and a day trying to get mysql 4.1.1. to tie into php 5 with no avail... be sure to set: PHPIniDir "C:/php" in your httpd.conf file. If you do not then phpinfo() will report that your extension directory is 2c:/php5" and thereby ignore any extensions you attempt to include in your php.ini.
