note 52058 added to ref.openssl

I m having trouble in getting the OpenSSL support for php. I m using php version 4.3.11 and was able to compile the php source code on the windows platform.(using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 ) My problem lies in how to provide the --with-openssl support during the building process.
