Note that its not possible to keep a filepointer (created with fopen()) open and pass it in an
formular or with a GET-VAR. PHP will close it automatically and destroy your ressource_id. you will
have to open the file again.
its a pity in the case you want to fopen for example the parallel port or serial port... windows
will deny access if you try to open and close the port several times in a row...
