note 52416 added to ref.exec

I personaly like to use this to execute phpgtk 'programs'. It allows easy communication compared to C or C++ This way you can edit php.ini & the apache configuration from the internet if you write a phpgtk text editor that allows you to jump to a certain line and then do things with it.
