note 52448 added to function.mysqli-data-seek

From the manual: Note: This function can only be used with unbuffered results attained from the use of the mysqli_store_result() or mysqli_query() functions. I think they mean buffered results and not unbuffered. The function mysqli_store_result() _stores_ (buffers) a resultset in memory. As opposed to mysqli_use_result() which is unbuffered.
