set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);
This really needs to be added to the documentation since different ISP's may change this.
It only took three weeks to go through my scripts line by line and reading everynote until I found
that my old ISP had this set to 0 and my new one had it set to 1.
Uploading my binary (image, zip, etc)file works perfect now that I turn it off before the read.
