When using extensions Under Apache/2.0.52 (Win32) , you must copy the extensions to a directory that
is within the same directory containing the apache.exe file, and then specify the directory on
extension_dir line in the PHP.ini file.
For example, if Apache is installed in c:\www\apache\ and the apache.exe file is in the
c:\www\apache\bin\ directory, php is installed in the c:\www\php\ directory, then copy the
php_xxx.dll files from the c:\www\php\ext\ directory into a directory within the \apache\bin\
directory.
Note that some of the php dll extensions may require additional support from dll files located in
the php root directory.
A recommended configuration is to:
1.) Install php into a subdirectory of the .\apache\bin\ directory , i.e. \apache\bin\php.
2.) Copy all php_xxx.dll files from the \ext\ directory into the root php directory.
3.) edit the 'extension_dir' line in the php.ini file extension_dir ='.\'
