Kept getting error warnings with Apache Monitor claiming that php_openssl.dll could not load
correctly ... seems that in Apache2 (on Win32) to get OpenSSL to work correctly, copy all the .dll
files located in $PHP_HOME/dlls to $APACHE_HOME/bin ... specifically the ssleay32.dll and
libeay32.dll.
