If I use a "T" in the format string on my Win98/Apache system,
print(date("T")); returns "!!!First Boot!!!" instead of "PDT". On
the remote system (Apache/Linux) it returns the correct Time
Zone string. Other format strings I've used all seem to work
fine except capital T.... -Dave
