The code doesn't hang, try running it on the CGI through a telnet session. It tries to resolve
the DNS entry (which it cant) until the DNS timeout. This may vary from server to server. If you try
it through CGI, with time running, you'll see its almost exactly equal to the timeout setting
for the DNS manager.
